Ning tip #1: Successfully inviting people to your Ning network

I created a Ning network for our agents a year and a half ago as a social network for the agents in both offices.  It’s been a great tool for agents to communicate with one another, post open house needs, vendors, etc. and it’s been a great way for me as a manager to blog and post documents agents will find useful in their business.

One of the things that plagued me when sending out the Ning invitation to join our network was that it ...

This is the one that started it all!

I've been around this open source, open networking social environment for quite some time. The other day I was wondering how some of the more popular online services began. Have you ever wondered who first wrote the first tweet? Or who was the second link in LinkedIn? Here is a very first YouTube post, check it out:   http://su.pr/95qdG8
